Voyages d'information pour groupes d'étudiants

Le DAAD offre de l’aide financière permettant à des groupes d’étudiants d’effectuer des voyages d’information à caractère universitaire en Allemagne, organisés par des membres du corps professoral. Les bourses de voyages d’études pour groupes d’étudiants visent à encourager les relations entre les établissements universitaires, les groupes et les personnes se trouvant en Allemagne, et à offrir un aperçu des questions actuelles portant sur les domaines universitaires, scientifiques, économiques, politiques et culturels. Toutes les disciplines sont admissibles.

Le groupe doit compter de 10 à 15 étudiants (plus un professeur accompagnateur) affiliés à une université canadienne ou américaine agréée. Le voyage doit durer de 7 à 12 jours. Les participants peuvent provenir de plus d’un établissement. La visite doit être organisée entièrement par l’établissement d’attache et avoir un lien significatif avec le programme universitaire. Veuillez noter : le DAAD n’est pas responsable de l’obtention des visas d’entrée en Allemagne ou de réadmission aux États-Unis et au Canada pour les étudiants étrangers.

Les demandes doivent être remplies par un membre du corps professoral et comporter un budget total, un itinéraire détaillé, des renseignements précis sur le lien du voyage avec le programme, ainsi que le formulaire de demande. Le DAAD s’attendra à recevoir un rapport de la visite dans les six semaines qui suivront le retour d’Allemagne.

DAAD offre jusqu’à 9 600 € pour couvrir les frais de subsistance, en fonction de la taille du groupe et de la durée du séjour. Les participants devront ajouter leur part au financement offert par le DAAD à même leurs propres ressources. Les groupes ne seront pas admissibles à un financement les années suivantes.
