In the eyes of the DAAD, the end of a funding period marks the beginning of a long-standing relationship with us. We aim to stay in touch with our alumni as well as help you get to know one another through a series of programmes and activities. We also support you in setting up regional DAAD alumni clubs and other forms of networking opportunities.

In order to encourage and facilitate interactions with “things” (and people!) German, SoGerman.ca presents details on the wide variety of German-related activities taking place across Canada. DAAD is currently accepting applications for its Young Ambassadors program.

DAAD Research Ambassadors are scholars and scientists in North America who have conducted advanced long-term research projects in Germany and are interested in promoting research in Germany at their home universities and among their peers and students.

Application deadlines to a number of DAAD programs are fast approaching.

The DAAD scholarship program „ERA Fellowships – Green Hydrogen“ supports German and international Master and PhD students as well as for Postdocs pursuing topics related to Green Hydrogen.
